Forfeits

A team can field 7 players during a game but can play with only six players. And must play with only six if they only have six players.

If a team does not have enough players to field a complete team (Less than 6):

  • The opposing team gets an automatic 2 points for a win.
  • A game should then be played with any other team captains or members of the Executive used as spares for that team. Only enough captains, to a total of 7 players should play as spare players.
  • If the team wins the game they get a (1) point for the win but the opposing team still get their 2 points.
  • Individual stats accumulated during the game count for both teams players except for the spare players.
  • In the event that captains are used to start a game because not enough players could be fielded at the start and that one or more players show up late, the captains used as a spare should stop playing the game at that time.

If a team does not have enough players to start a game but believes that another player is on his way to the field, they can take a 10-minute delay of game penalty (15 yard penalty) to wait for this player. After 10 minute if they do not have enough players the game should start using the above rule.
