Draft will be held this Wednesday August 24th at 7pm. You will be receiving an email from your captain shortly after. Please take a look in your Spam folder, seems to sometimes be directed there.

Season starts Labour Day Monday at Rideau High School. 1:00, 2:15 and 3:30.

Early Bird Deadline extended!

The Early Bird Deadline for the Tournament has been extended until July 22nd at 12pm! Register your team now to save $100 on registration!

After July 22nd, Registration fee is $450 and final deadline is August 13th.

First Annual Bytown Touch Football Tournament

Due to greater demand for an August tournament, we have decided to move the tournament to August 20th-August 21st. See full details below!


Join us in the First Annual Bytown Touch Football cash tournament taking place Saturday, August 20th - Sunday, August 21st 2016

Where: Canterbury Secondary School, 900 Canterbury Ave, Ottawa

When: Saturday, August 20th - Sunday, August 21st 2016

This is an Open Roster Cash Tournament. Players can only play on one team. Each team has to submit a list of 3 possible QB’s for ranking purposes. No other names need to be submitted until the game cards are collected before a team’s first game on August 20th.

To register your team, select Register Team from the top menu, select First Annual Touch Football Tournament from the season and then select your desired division or email Jeremy directly with your details. You must then email your team's QB options to for ranking purposes. Early Bird Registration Deadline is July 19th. Final Registration Deadline is August 10th!


  • Early Bird Registration fee is $350 per team! Deadline is July 19th

  • After July 19th, Registration fee is $450 per team

  • All Cash prizes for winners and runners up

  • All calibers of mixed players are welcome.

  • All teams are guaranteed 4 games.

  • Regular touch rules apply

  • Three officials per game no matter the division

Prize Money
$750 = A division winner
$350 = A division runner up
$500 = B division winner
$250 = B division runner up

*Payout may increase based on enrollment*

Blizzard Bowl 2016

The BTFL has joined with the City of Ottawa to bring you this year’s Blizzard Bowl as part of the Winterlude celebrations at Lansdowne!!

Come play touch football with friends and family, in the great outdoors!

The Blizzard Bowl is a yearly event that will be held on the Great Lawn at Lansdowne Park for the first time. Register your team to compete against teams from around the city in this tournament where running in the snow adds a whole new dimension. It’s a great way to start your Super Bowl weekend! Adult teams of all calibers are welcome.

Where: Lansdowne Park, Great Lawn, 1015 Bank Street, Ottawa

When: Saturday, February 6 2016 (9am to 6pm)

Don’t miss this opportunity to compete or watch family and friends play. Spectators are welcome, there will be seating and spots to keep warm.

Registration is for a team of minimum 5 people. All calibers of mixed players are welcome. Games will be played on smaller fields. Normal rules of touch football apply (see rules on our website except for certain modifications:

Teams have 5 downs to score touchdown (no matter where they start)
Games are 30 minutes (no half)
Tournament will be played snow or shine!
Indoor change rooms will be made available for each team
A 3-game round robin determines the order for single elimination playoffs
Each team is thus guaranteed to play a minimum of 4 games
There will be referees for each game
There will be a break for lunch
